"3D Solar did a great job removing and then reinstalling 34 solar panels. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service. I am pleased to recommend 3D Solar for installation or maintenance of solar systems."

"The tile grout in my pool was moldy and cracking. Two people came out and drained pool, removed the old grout, re-grouted the tile, acid washed the pool, and started my hose to refill the pool. This all went well, on schedule, and looked great. They told me that they had to replace one of my main drain covers because it was cracked. They used the drain cover from my spa to replace the one in the main drain because they would not have a cover until the next day and they wanted the pool to start filling. The logic was that it would be easier to replace the drain cover in the spa once the pool had started filling. Nobody showed up to replace the spa drain cover until three days later, however someone did show up to put start-up chemicals into the pool. (They never came to check the chemical balance in the pool. I had to do that myself.)
Then the fun began. The next day I put my automatic vacuum into the pool and, as soon as it hit the main drain cover that they had replaced, the cover dislodged and moved away from the drain. Without going into all the details it took a full three months and at least a dozen visits or more for them to properly fix the cover. ( I hope it's properly fixed now.) They tried epoxying the screws in place, I got excuses like "our underwater drill died," and they never showed up on the day or at the time that they promised to attempt the next fix. I also had to call their office numerous times and I seldom got a call-back.
I've been dealing with contractors of one kind or another for many years and this is absolutely the worst experience I've had. I would not recommend this company to anyone

"They started at the end of August but didn't finish until the near the end of January. They always wanted to please me with what I wanted done, but they seemed like they didn't have enough supervision to go ahead and get the job done in a more timely manner.  It may have been due to my location, it seemed like they were doing a majority of their work across town.  They had a problem with being here all the time when the trades came in to do the work, it seemed like I was representing Venetian Pools more than they were.  They hit my well with a Bobcat and broke it.  They did put that back to my satisfaction, but it was broken due to carelessness.  They never came back to do work on a timely basis, they didn't keep their appointments, but they did come back but not at the time that they scheduled most of the time.  The pool is now finished and it looks good, but it was a pain in the neck getting it installed.  I have a waterfall and they left it untiled, so they had to come back and do it, and when they came back they cracked the system that pumps the water into the waterfall. They fixed that with epoxy instead of replacing the part.  I asked them to extend the warranty on my waterfall and they did.  If they said they were going to do something, they did it, but it wasn't in a timely manner.  I don't think they had enough representation from Venetian Pools when the trades came in."
