I routinely clean with a scrub brush, I wanted a professional clean with the hot steam, and buffer mop, instead, I got what I routinely do a hand job with a scrub brush, and I was told this is equivalent. My grout color is darker than it should be, I am told it is the color I picked WRONG! The bottle was not labeled, and one can see it is the wrong color. Derrick is too busy trying to gaslight me instead of making it right."

"I interviewed him and he convinced the could et our floor correct. We had it sealed but it kept bleeding black dust. He pointed out all the things the other work man did. He promised clean floors not shiny and clean white grout. He did the floor and I told hi it did not look right. He said it has to dry and cure. It would have white grout and even glow on floor tile. Well the floor came out shiny in parts and flat dull in others. There are marks and shadows all over the floor. I made him come back and he said it was the tile not the work. It would cure. I went to home Depot and explained what the floor was like the tile guy who worked ,30 years said he installed the sealer improperly. I called him,and he told me they didn't know what they were talking about. Then the builders installer,and a fellow from a tile company looked at it and told me it was a mess. It needed a haze reducer but the grout is really a problem. Octavia came back looked at the floor and said it looks fine. It's clean ,sealed and that's what you got. I told him others agreed that the floor was done poorly and the white grout he promised is brown and back. He did and said it will dry and cure be patient. He told me I need to just rub out the high gloss and dull spots. It looked normal to him,that the shadows were the tile. Another lie. A pH application was needed. After I became hostile he said he would try. The grout was going to dry white. 2 days it should be dry. He just kept lying. Trying to blame the tile and not his poor workmanship! He was perfectly ok with leaving my brown grout and leaving. He said he would try to fix the tile. That there is o problem with. He made it like I was nuts. He is a liar and cheat,and anyone that would leave my house is he tried to weasel out is dishonest. I asked him firmly to get out of my house . I wouldn't let him cut my grass. I hired someone that fixed the faulty tile ,that he messed up. He ph applied and buffed and the floors came back much better. The grout though,he wieves since the dirt is sealed in,a have to be insealed and recleaed. It may actually be damaged. 575 plus 209,plus who knows with the grout. It's dishonest. I feel like he stole my money and lied to protect his take! Now it's going to cost me more because does not know water is doing. He lied to me and caused damage to my budget and very possibly my floor.i am so upset,nhe was the most expensive and promised the most qualified. He left things everywhere. Put a shelf unit in y tub. I didn't find it until after he left. The whole experience is lackluster and ack of honest effort. E believes he can bully people to accept his poor quality. He tried with me,but picked the wrong person. I may be 76 but you cannot take advantage of every of person. He is a bad representative. What I have relayed here is truth. You can look at the grout and there are parts of the tile the other jobbers just could not get effect. He said the floor schie shave caused abrasions. The tile is going on 3 ears old in February. We are only here 5 months a year. Our grout was white as I can illustrate in photos. Now it's brown and black. Very disturbing you hore supposed pros that a come well recommended and can damage your property. I counted on your company to provide what you advertise. Above average professional jobbers. He certainly is not one in my view. Lying to my face and trying to lay name on others is immature "
