"This Mom & Pop business Needs Work. The Wife is easy to talk to very nice customer service skills. The Husband is a No Mannered Brute. He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time. I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry.. I got a Great Company who Fixed All of my Problems and the customer service is Fantastic (Water Workz) The Best around.. Good Luck Drew Harp.. "

As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. "work was done well - walk, stairs, grading, fence HOWEVER final section of fence and gate was not installed unfortunately I was naive enough to pay in full for the job before it was completed last 10% of job was left undone and SLS has shown no interest in finishing the work despite multiple texts and calls - all unreturned for over one month requested a refund for the uncompleted portion of the job - no response from SLS would not hire again - nonprofessional and unresponsive"

"I have a tree and shrub contract that says to call if I have issues and they will send someone right out. I have spent the last three weeks calling their customer service reporting an issue with spotted laternflies (an invasive bug that is in our area and is quickly spreading). Each time the person says they will send someone out to address the issue only to have someone show up and not treat my two large maple trees (my only shade in the afternoon). On the third week and third visit I find a note on my door that says we do not treat for laternflies. Note: they treated my trees last year. I called the office yesterday and was told that the treatments they use will kill the pests but won’t keep them from coming back. It worked last year. I told them this and asked them to review my records from last year. They refused to look. Today I spoke with the office manager who was very abrupt and said similar things. I referred him to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture website that lists four different chemicals to treat for them.. He would have nothing to do with it (likely because it would be expensive to treat). As a result, I canceled both my lawn and tree contracts and will go to one of the other NUMEROUS companies in my area who are currently treating this pest."
