"Their work and professionalism were top-notch. The inspection turned up problems in both the crawlspace and attic, but the attic problem is related to a roofing issue. Rather than do a "patch job" there that would have required re-doing in the near future, Restore You gave the honest evaluation that the roofing work needed to be done first so their remediation work would hold up.
