"We called Frank on a holiday weekend with our concerns about not having hot water and low water pressure in the main bath.He came on Saturday to assess the situation and assured us that he would be able to take care of the problem in a timely fashion. He was out with his crew on Wednesday to complete the job. Frank, confidently was able to replace the water lines so that we now have hot water restored in our main bath and also replaced the hose bib on the outside, because of low water pressure. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing. Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home.
