They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "Ray and his installers were very professional. They did a fantastic job of removing old carpet/baseboards and replacing with vinyl wood planks/new baseboards at a fair price. They did the entire house very quickly, including moving furniture around and cleaning up afterwards. Only complaint wa the new baseboards may need to be painted since they are only primed white, also the walls on the stairs will need to be painted, this was not mention in the beginning. Otherwise the work was excellent and the result was a very beautiful new floor that is waterproof, very tough and looks/feels like wood!"
