He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

He is prompt, he always follows through, his team works hard and gets the job done fast and well. If there are any concerns he comes out personally and takes care of them immediately. He is flexible and thinks on his feet. His pricing is very reasonable. There wasn't a thing that we didn't like about working with Nato and team. He is our official go to guy for landscaping and other projects. We trust Nato, his work and recommendations to us We would definitely recommend him to our friends. "it went well. They found several problems. I had them make the needed repairs and do some additional work, as well. They came back a second day in order to do all the work that was needed , as well as some additional work I requested to be done. They fixed my cast iron drain riser, installed a water line for my new Fridge, ice maker. Ran a copper line for a new outdoor spigot, installed a new kitchen "touch-less" faucet, replaced dishwasher supply valve, ran a high pressure release line for Hot water heater, and some other work. all went well."

"EDI renovated our house in Mill Valley around February. They remodeled our kitchen, opened some walls that helped improve the amount of light coming in to the kitchen and to have more open spaces. They built a bathroom and a restroom in our existing house, replaced two windows and replaced the floors. There was a bit more work around. The experience with EDI was very positive for us and we are happy to recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a good contractor."

Rigo is godsent when it comes to complex remodeling projects for novices like me. Not only does he do a great job, but he's also proactive. He anticipates potential issues and resolves them ahead of time. Any unexpected setbacks were met with grace and ended up getting resolved in the end.
