"Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

We went over the job to replace and seal all the pavers around my pool, select the pavers and replace the bottom portion of our pool screen which were 11 years old. The work team of 3 was professional, hardworking, paid attention to detail and very knowlegeable. They arrived on time everyday, worked diligently, left work areas clean, were friendly and always checked to see if I was happy with the work at the end of each day. They did an amazing job and created a beautiful pattern with the pavers recommended by Maria. They charged a fair price. I got 9 quotes and they were in the middle price wise. Our family loves our newly renovated backyard. Thank you for the incredible work your team did and your suggestions. "Horrible lawn service and customer service. I have been trying to get someone from Newell to my property for over 6 months to address an issue which is clearly covered in our contract. The landscapers also when spraying for weeds spray weed killer on all areas of the grass, also walking through it tracking in the yard and killing grass everywhere. in stead of edging as they should they sprayed a 7 inch area of week killer along all my landscaping. Looks horrible. Stay away!!"
