"Not good,but I blame myself for letting myself get fast talked into rushing the job and not seeing through the fast talk, car salesman type of pitch. First they were very over priced but I didn't mind that if the job was superior, it wasn't. Hughey, the salesman, told me that he had a break in jobs so he could give me a good price if I didn't get any more estimates and sign up with him now. He kept reiterating that his company was number one in Las Vegas in house painting. I did read other reviews on Angies List and it did say that they were pricey but did a good job so that along with the sales pitch caused me and my wife to go with this company. First thing that happened was the painters broke my security camera wires, okay an understandable mistake and Hughey paid for repairs, after the house was painted I asked the painter in charged about a hole Hughey said he noticed where my two roofs met, he said that it wasn't a hole, just a space but closed in by a board, okay no problem. Hughey told me that they were using a superior paint thus the slightly higher price for the job, okay I can understand that, yet on the left side frame of my house the paint is pealing already after two weeks, before that I noticed that all of my window frames needed touch up, to his credit he came out himself and touched them up. Today I noticed that the round brick pillars below my roof line needed touch up, you can see the old color. I would think that they would extend the line from the house a little to cover up the old paint(touch up). I'm afraid that more of this paint will be pealing off within a year. One or two of these things, okay, but these are too many, thus my grief."

"Valley Contracting repaired my covered patio. It was 23 years old. Wood facia was rotting and the roll out shingles were deteriorating. After product was a new roof with new facia and a slick foam top vs. shingle. They also painted my 2 story house since it's been 13 years. Came home from vacation to a fresh looking house with a new covered patio. Would definitely hire again (next project is whole roof replacement). Their costs are very reasonable, they kept me informed the whole time and got it done in a quickly manner."
