"I moved into my house in 1995. There was all ready an in-ground (plaster) pool when we moved in. It had been built in 1990 by Sylvan Pools. The pool was beautiful until around 2010. There were a couple of spots at the bottom of the steps where the re-bar was showing through. So, I decided to have it re-plastered in 2012. I thought they did a good job, at first. The last day the worker, who put water into the pool, left a stain. Okay, I put up with that. Soon after, I tried to turn on the pool light & it didn't come on. It was flooded with water. Okay again, since I never use the pool light. But, starting about 3-4 years ago my pool has started to get more & more stains in it. We live in Phoenix Arizona. We don't close our pool & the pump is run everyday. This year we have had a terrible time with algae. While dealing with it I'm finding more & more hairline cracks in the plaster. "The original pool looked great for 20+ years. This one maybe 4 or 5 years. ""ADEQUATE"" seems" "to be the ""norm"" anymore.""

"Fabulous family company.  Don (owner) came around and was very positive about fibreglass pools.  I was very disappointed after Shasta pools had been around the day before and said "sorry lady all you have here is a hole in the ground, i will have our new pool section call you - it will be about $35-40K.  
Don talked me thru the work and gave me a choice of 40-50 colors for the trim and was very helpful with what and where to build the dog shelf.  They were able to start the job within 10 days and were done in 9 days.  He and his son were prompt and polite everyday and great with my dogs and keeping the gates closed and everyone safe.

"Chris is amazing! He came on a Sunday to see what was going on with my filter, ordered the new filter and had it replaced within 3 days. He always lets me know ahead of time what the cost will be for any repairs. He's very conscientious of my time, he always let's me know if he's going to be even the slightest bit late. Chris is professional, polite and courteous. And my pool looks better than it ever has!!! I highly recommend this company. I actually texted him recently just to thank him for being so honorable and trustworthy. Those seem to be rare qualities to find these days."

"They came out drained the pool 1 day and the next day they came out early acid washed the pool and replaced about 20 tiles. My pool has never looked better since I moved in 8 years ago. I use them for my pool service now and they have done a great job over the past few months. They also fixed my fence gate for free they said it was a safety issue and just fixed the latch. they said because the pool tech did it in less than 20 min there was no charge."
