"Excellent.  I used Larry for some plumbing issues about 4 years ago.  I had found him on Angie's List, back then, and he did a great job for me, at a very fair price.  So, when I realized I needed a plumber, this time, I knew I was going to call Larry, at Neighborhood Plumbers.  Larry answered the phone and I gave the details of what was wrong.  He was going to be able to fit me in the next day, late afternoon.  So, i was surprised when Larry called back a little later the same day I called to tell me he had finished a job early and it turned out he was only about 20 minutes from my house.  He wanted to know if I wanted him to come over that day.  Sure!  That's beyond punctual!  He's professional, pleasant, efficient, does excellent work, and charges a very fair price.  I truly have nothing but good things to say about Larry. <br>"

"<p>While replacing an upstairs sink faucet, the plumber noticed a dampness and slight mist coming from the area where the water pipe entered the wall.   I called Jeff at Sherwood Home Improvement to work with the plumber and repair the pipe that had a pinhole leak.  The repair entailed removing a portion of the sheetrock wall in the downstairs dining room to get at the problem.   Jeff was not only responsive, but coordinated with the plumber and tenant and had the problem fixed in no time.  He also worked with the plumber to consolidate the bill for all work, making it much easier for me to manage this property.</p>"

"The work was begun on the agreed-upon date and finished on the predicted date in spite of the need for getting and installing additional materials to repair the old underlying damage. During the process, they were careful to not track dirt or construction materials into the rest of the house. <br /> Cary and his son, Justin, were prompt and efficient, left things clean, and did a LOT of work for the price charged. They were both so pleasant to be around that it felt like friends leaving when the job was finished. They also did a followup to check on things and apply a sealer for long-term benefit. We could not be more pleased with the quality and appearance of the work. I would absolutely call them for future work. (They may offer other repair services, given that they did the necessary carpentry.) <br />"
