"It went perfectly. I called and spoke to the office immediately. They came out the next day on a Sunday prepared to give an estimate and complete the job. Everything is done. They performed quality work with quality products, very professional, clean-cut, honest, efficient, fair price. We are very happy and highly recommend them."

"Cornerstone Builders exceeded our expectations! If I had to do it all over again, I would have did the exact same thing because of them. They were professional and did an unbelievable job. Our home was everything we had dreamed of and more. They took the time to help with every single aspect of our build from the smallest detail to the largest concern. Not only were they contractors but they became friends. We couldn't be happier."

"The whole process started about a year ago when we had water in our basement after a heavy rain.  Not knowing who to call, we called Honey Creek Contracting.  They immediately sent someone out because they could hear the panic in my voice and they were on a job site close to us.  When they came out, they fully understood how we got the water in the first place and what needed to be done to correct the issue.  At that time, they gave us a "patch job" to get us through until we could have the entire roof replaced.  Prior to receiving this water in our basement, we had approximately four other roofing contractors out to diagnose the problem.  We heard everything from, "there is nothing wrong" to "it is your guttering."  After changing the guttering, and that did not help, we were back to square one, that is until HCC came out. <br /> <br /> Fast forward to today, HCC has been on the job now for four days.  Our anticipated completion date is August 25, 2011.  You might think that is extremely too much time to put on a roof, but let me tell you, these guys have encountered just about everything that can go wrong!  Jack & Tom will NOT cover up something that needs to be redone.  They take their time and do it right the first time.  They understand that the Manufacturer's warranty that I recieve completely depends on how they do the installation and they will not let you down.  When taking off the old roofing, they found that some genius had not used any nails or screws to install our soffit and facia boards.  So, when they removed the roofing and got to the drip edge, everything else came tumbling down and it was that way all around our house!  Instead of covering up the issue and moving on, HCC has rebuilt the soffit boxes, replaced the facia boards and will be installing new soffit vents!  They will absolutely NOT cover up someone else's work, if it is not done to HCC's rigorous standards.  They are pulling off our old siding to make sure the roof will drain properly and not get behind the siding and cause our water problem again. <br /> <br /> If you want someone to come in, do the work, and get out, Honey Creek Contracting and Jack Denny is probably not your best option.  They do not leave until the job is completed and completed correctly.  In talking it over with my wife (and Jack does not know this yet), when it comes time to redo our kitchen, he is our man!  There is not going to be any shopping around for contractors, it is going to be Honey Creek Contracting!  Jack and Tom Denny will always be welcome at our house!"

"Being from England I know a high-quality retractable awning when I see one. I moved to Chicago from the UK and decided to install a retractable awning at my house. I looked at many reviews on this website and others and came to the conclusion that a retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] was the obvious choice. Installed now for 4 1/2 years and have not had a single problem with it and don't expect to. We love it and use it frequently in the spring and summer months. My wife and I have only praise for the gents at Retractableawnings.com and commend them on offering high-quality European products, providing great service and a terrific 25-year non-prorated warranty. Cheerio Landon K."

"i first called them when i started having an issue with my insurance company. They came out and took readings and answered all of my questions upon initial arrival. When i finally got my insurance company to arrive ( after three months) Paul Davis was only to happy to come and talk to my adjuster. The insurance company denied my claim ( not a covered peril) , but Paul Davis was there for me again. i had mold as a cause to the water. with my kid i couldn't let it just sit. Luckily they had an extremely fair financing program. For me Paul Davis was the only one there for me from day one til the end and i cant thank them enough."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Carlisle, IN

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
