"John and his team were excellent. We had our roof done in November 2018 and exterior paint job in May 2019. John showed up the same day I asked for a quote at the time he said. Provided me with the quote and got to work a couple weeks later. His crew stripped the two layers of shingles on my roof, installed a new roof (and a mushroom vent), cleaned up and were gone before I got home. The yard was spotless and I didn't find any evidence of them being there. Since it was November, he was no longer in painting season and said he would do the job in the Spring. This past May, John and his team got to work on painting the house. His crew showed up early, scraped, sanded, power washed, primed and painted the entire house. Took about 4 days. His crew was professional, prompt, and cleaned everything up meticulously. I would definitely recommend John to anyone looking for a well done roof by a responsive and punctual professional."

"I had stainless steel chimney liners put in two properties I own, and one of them also needed to have the chimney rebuilt from the roof up. One of the liners in particular was very difficult because there were 2 gas boilers and 2 gas hot water heaters exhausting up the chimney, with low head height in the basement and a small flue. They had to custom make connectors to get everything to fit, but they ended up getting it done! I found pricing to be reasonable, I received another quote as well and went with Metrowest because they seemed very knowledgeable and the pricing was competitive."

"I called for an inspection and consult and the owner just happened to be working on a job in the area.  He came over within an hour or two after my call.  He went over the whole chimney system and advised me on a number of issues and options.  I had done a lot of research on the issues I thought I had, and he confirmed most of my fears, yet provided me with a great deal of information and options.  I feel like the quote was fair, although I cant afford the work YET... "He was right on time, did a thorough inspection including a visual inspection of the cap. He could have told us it needed cleaning since it was an old house and we hadn’t had the chimney inspected before but he was honest that it did not need to be cleaned."

"Called in to schedule a quote back in January and spoke with George on the phone, he came out to the house (I did NOT need to be there) and went up to the roof to examine both chimneys. He followed up with an email containing picture attachments of all the issues as well as a written up quote. Called George a few times with some follow up questions and he was very responsive: If he didn't pick up the phone when I called (which was rare) he promptly called me back. After finally agreeing to the work, George advised that scheduling is weather contingent and would follow up a few months later when it was warmer out, safer to be on the roof, there was no rain, and he was available. George called in late May to schedule the work, came out for the first day, and the came back a week later to complete the work. Everything came out great; George takes pride in his work and is an honest hard working guy. I am very happy with everything."
