"Frank and his team are very professional. They always arrived arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. I had Frank sand and restain a deck and fence. He did a superb job!! He went above and beyond. He even fixed areas of the deck that I didn't expect him to do. He is great guy! Excellent work. I already have some future projects lined up with him. "Wow! I must have said that word 10 times while working with Ricardo and his team at Expect Painters! We have a large 3-tiered deck that had never been treated prior to us moving in. I called Ricardo, expecting to wait until spring. Not only did he squeeze us in, but he power washed our deck, the back of the house, and stained the whole deck for us! He even took care to remove one part and spray it and then put it back onto the deck for us! He washed the deck one day and stained it another day. He was fast and efficient. To say I was impressed is an understatement! We will be calling him for any future work we may need! It honestly looks like a completely new deck! Thank you to Ricardo and his team! Please use him! You will not regret it! He is kind and reasonable. So easy to work with and an absolutely pleasure to have around! I trusted him entirely with this project and was VERY comfortable with him and his team working on our home!. Great work!"

"After a broken pipe damaged most of our bathroom, we hired Travis to to do the remodel. Travis installed new drywall, the completely new shower with tile work on the walls, tile work on the shower floor, and created new glass niches in the shower wall. He also replaced the damaged wood work and replaced our tile floor. Travis got the job done much faster than we had anticipated, even coming to work on weekends to ensure that the job got done fast. Our new bathroom is beautiful! We will be hiring Travis again for additional jobs we need done for our home. Highly recommend!"
