"<p>The price was very good compared to others we checked. They were able to provide service in just a few days. The seams and edges along the walls were done very well. Only some wrinkling along one edge where a rubber edge was applied. Workers were very pleasant and professional. Only thing, I would have liked for the supervisor to do a final inspection. </p> <br />"

"If you go with Reliant Capitol expect to get a form of Jekyll and Hyde performance from them. <br /> <ul> <li>Perhaps the most important thing is the quality of their windows and installation. With this there are no complaints, the quality of the windows and installation are outstanding. They truly are excellent windows built for the NM climate. We've had them for a few months now and they do indeed make a big difference. The installation went quickly, professionally with no messes left behind. </li> </ul> <p>But not far behind the actual product is customer service which is where Reliant Capitol leaves a lot to be desired. The sales pitch is lengthy (over 2 hours) and not very fulfilling. Worse, once the sale is made the salesman drops you like a bad habit forcing you to work with the office in Phoenix who don't care anything about you. When they did install the windows they didn't obscure the glass in our bathroom so it needed to be replaced. Again, not one person took ownership of this problem in the company and only after 6 or 7 calls by us to the Phoenix office did we get it resolved. There literally isn't any "customer service", you only talk with installers and schedulers. There also wasn't any apologies or regret on their end, never mind it took over 2 months to get the wrong window replaced. <br /> I love the windows, they are great. But I won't go back to them because I can't trust them to do things right. </p> <br />"

",Very positive fellow and anxious to be of help. I would have liked for him to bring the sealant for the roof flashing and do the job on the spot but that might not have been possible. <br />"

"Mr. Patton visited with me on a Saturday in November/2015. His visit was to inspect the home inside and outside. He charged me about $275 for this inspection visit. From what I have read on the web, this would be a fair price to pay for such an inspection. He inspected both inside, outside, and looked under the home. He was able to figure out why he was finding some things inside the home by what he saw outside and underneath the home. Due to the problems he did and did not see, he is really not able to complete the repairs himself. However, he explains everything to you pertaining to what you need to do. You must locate help locally to do the repairs. This would not always be the case but in my situation, it was the appropriate option. He also typed up his report and e-mailed it to me. I told him to keep my information on file and I would call him if I had questions or concerns. He agreed to that idea. It took him about 3 hours to inspect so you can plan on it taking longer if you have a larger building for inspection. My home is small, so 3 hours is a good amount of time. His assessment of the house centered on fixing problems before things got worse because he didn't see a serious situation at this point in time. I feel like he was very thorough and willing to answer questions. This is a good business for foundation problems. "
