He showed us a picture of the roof where it was leaking (it was a simple, unfinished caulking situation), grabbed his caulk gun, and hopped on the roof to repair it right then and there! A few days after he repaired our roof, we were hit with a pretty severe thunderstorm, and Chris' fantastic work held up perfectly!
