I still smile every time I look at my new kitchen. Oscar was very conscientious and strived to do the very best work possible. What I learned about renovating an old home, (mine is 56yo), is that you never know what your going to find behind the walls and that nothing is straight or level anymore. Oscar unveiled many surprises behind the walls but was able to quickly, creatively and cost efficiently remedy whatever problems he encountered. I think that is the true measure of a good contractor. Oscar definitely went out of his way to make my kitchen constructively very sound inside and out. Oscar cleaned up very well every day and only served to please."

He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes.
