"In scheduling the service, I was advised via email that I needed to have all supplies on-hand, and, if not, then part of the 4 hour service package I bought would be used to go to the store to purchase supplies.  The deal did not advise in the fine print at the time of purchase that I would need to provide the supplies.  I responded via email asking what type of supplies would be needed and offered to send photos of the areas needing repair.  I never did receive a response to my email.  The repairman who showed up for the work went to Lowe's to buy the necessary supplies ($29), which I had to reimburse him for.  However, the repairs only took 2 hours, so I'm not sure that I really got the true value of the deal ($179 for four hours plus I then had to pay for the supplies).  Repairman was very courteous and repairs did look good. <br />"
