"Very well! Dave communicated constantly with us prior to and during the job. Dave’s Crew is the best! They showed up early and worked until early evening to finish in one day. They cleaned up so well you’d never know they had been here. Dave was onsite many times throughout the day to check on progress and upon completion, walked around the entire house with us to inspect it and make sure we were satisfied. We needed some screens repaired and Dave coordinated their repair. We also had a damaged piece of trim that Dave repaired. In order to repair it, he needed to color match the paint so off to the paint store he went. In addition, since he had the paint handy, Dave touched up our mailbox post! Definitely over and above. We had a concern about a gutter and rain water drainage after the roof replacement. Dave was here in less than 24 hours to look at it and eventually had the gutter adjusted for us. He walked me through the insurance process and helped me deal with the pittbull insurance adjuster who tried to claim that the house simply wasn’t built correctly 20 years ago. Funny since there wasn’t a leak until recently. He educated me on everything from insurance to shingles and then the team did a great job replacing the roof and gutters. They also did the job quickly due to crew size. Highly recommend!"

If it wasn't for him, I would've had to pay over 60% of a roof replacement. Earlier this year, we had some shingles starting to come off due to storms and wind as did others in the neighborhood. Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing.
