"I contacted Russell Hill Contracting, LLC, for minor roof repair (replacing/reattaching 6-8 shingles) after recent storms. We were eager to get the shingles replaced/reattached because more rain and storms were forecasted for later in the day and over the next few days. Mr. Baker came to our house late afternoon of the same day I contacted the company. Earlier that morning, I spoke with someone from another company that was going to charge $375 for an appointment within 24 hours as an 'emergency service call'. The emergency service call would include an inspection of the damage and an estimate for work that would be performed in ~ 10 days. A tarp could be placed as temporary remediation to prevent damage with the forecasted rain, and the cost would be included when the work was subsequentally performed."

The damage only worsened as time went on and finally I had Donnie come out and help me through the insurance claim process and working directly with our adjuster to explain why the insurance company should be liable to cover the cost of the roof. "This is a picture of only part of the job. These floors were very water damaged and golden/honey oak. 2 young guys sanded, repaired and stained. The floors are incredible! Many other jobs needed to be done. The entire Apex crew did exceptional work! We continued to add jobs as they went and they stayed very patient with each request we made. The communication was exceptional. Emails and texting communication was almost everyday. We were informed of every detail of the jobs and made aware of anything new etc.. these guys went above and beyond to get it all done. David Wilson kept the entire thing running smooth as different jobs required different workers to come and go. I can’t recommend them enough!!"
