He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "This is the second time Iâ ve used them in a year. Once for my ice maker. George took it apart and jump started it. It has worked ever since. Now my oven isnâ t accurate and he came and looked at it but it needs a new temperature control. He ordered the part, in the meantime George recalibrated the oven by 10 degrees.
