He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"This is the second time Iâ ve used them in a year. Once for my ice maker. George took it apart and jump started it. It has worked ever since. Now my oven isnâ t accurate and he came and looked at it but it needs a new temperature control. He ordered the part, in the meantime George recalibrated the oven by 10 degrees.
