He came out right away, reviewed the situation carefully, established a course of action and has come out twice to re-bait and make necessary modifications to the home to discourage further rodent intrusions. Previous pest company did not even bother to come out and inspect before indicating they wouldn't be coming. I highly recommend Brendan, he is prompt, thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
