They worked efficiently, completing six rooms and a hallway in just three days. The cost was the most affordable among the six quotes we received, offering great value for the quality of work. While most of the flooring looks fantastic, there was some minor warping in a couple of areas in the dining room. Despite this, their overall industriousness and affordability make them a solid choice for anyone considering flooring services."

In addition to dustless hardwood floor refinishing, we install site-finished and pre-finished hardwood floors, and custom stairs and inlays. We use top-of-the-line Bona dustless refinishing equipment as well as Bona finishes. All team leaders have been trained and certified by Bona US. so you can rest assured that your flooring project will be done right.
"I am not sure why our experience was so poor considering their generally high ratings, but I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone. I work in construction and am familiar with working with contractors, particularly ones who maybe are not the most responsive, but this was unusually bad. There were significant delays, poor coordination, the team did not do everything we agreed to, but when I asked for a price adjustment to reflect the work actually done (at that point, I just wanted them to leave), Dana said they did extra work (that we did not agree to) so we should still pay the amount from the original quote. It still irks me to this day because they seemed to be a reputable business, but that was not my experience at all. Again, really not sure what happened, but I do not think I would risk using them again because it was so bad."
