There was a small equipment issue (I heard Joe fighting with his cutter, and anyone with a mechanic in their life understands that this is par for the course lol), but the final product turned out great! He even factored in the unique positioning required for the lock to work best, taking into account the natural shape of the old wooden door and its glass window. The price was beyond reasonable (dare I say downright affordable!) and the time it took was less than projected. ‘Under budget’ for both time and money is a dream to everyone looking for services! "Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself.
