"Holzer Resnick is extremely prompt. From the first sales appointment to the last few followup appointments, no one was ever late to a scheduled appointment. The entire process was very painless from start to finish, and each person who handed me off was very thorough about keeping me in the loop and explaining the entire job to the next person. Kevin, our sales person, kept his sales pitch short but informative. He was very knowledgeable about the products they offer and gave me good advice as to what parts of the roof didn't need to go and what parts did. They offer 3rd party pre-approved financing, which was a significant consideration when looking for a full roof replacement. The down payment (1/3) was a bit of a surprise to me though, but honestly I may have just missed it in the paperwork that we completed. The on-site supervisor, Mike, did a great job at coordinating the actual job. The bulk of the work was completed in 3 days and the only thing that they missed was a misunderstanding regarding a new roof cap. They came out and fixed that in very short notice. Also, they were very prompt in replacing all of the window screens that were damaged during the installation process. They were also extremely thorough in cleaning up afterwards and we are very happy with how everything turned out. Price-wise, they are not the cheapest. However, they do a great job of standing by their work and resolving issues that arise. They don't make you wait, which is extremely appreciated attribute when dealing with contractors. For those reasons alone, if I need a new roof anytime in the future (and I really hope I don't anytime soon!) I will probably call them again first."

"I had some of those fake vinyl shutters on my home that I have always hated since we bought the place, especially when they would fly off of the house in a wind storm. The final straw occurred several months back when one of them flew off and punched a whole in the vinyl siding of my garage. After that it was time for them to go. I called around looking for someone to take on the job of removing the shutters and repairing the damage they had caused, but because it wasn't a full house siding replacement no one wanted to take it. I also submitted this work to Angie's List, but again got replies back that the work was too small for them to take on, except for the response I got from Jacob at New Look. Jacob was not only willing to look but came out within a day or two if my memory serves right. He reviewed the things I was concerned with and pointed out a few things I hadn't even noticed. He gave us a fair bid for the work that needed to be done and was able to get the correct siding for my house fairly quickly. As I write this the work was completed yesterday by Carlos on his crew, who did a great job. You can't even tell I had shutters in those spots except for a negligible color difference due to years of sun exposure on the existing siding. I think by the end of summer I probably won't even be able to notice that. All in all I appreciate them coming out to take on this small time job that finally ended the shutter nightmare I've been having for the past few years. I would definitely hire them again."
