"In the process of obtaining bids to replace our driveway, I contacted Home Advisor who provided Countywide Paving as one of their recommended contractors. In addition, I received bids from several other contractors which proved to be either too high or too low, or failed to provide appropriate references. When Brian came to our home he measured the existing driveway and gave us a straightforward estimate which also including warranties. We were very pleased with the bid and hired Brian to do the work. A month elapsed between the first payment upon signing the agreement and the actual completion of the job. Brian contacted us the day before the scheduled date to let us know that the rainstorm on the previous day had set them back a little but that they would start late on the promised day and complete it on the next. The large crew was extremely professional, especially when confronted by an irate and irrational backyard neighbor who was demanding that they stop work immediately because of blatantly false claims he made about water allegedly draining from our driveway onto his property which caused damage. This neighbor, who has a long history of this type of behavior, not only engaged us, some of the workers, but Brian as well, who by all accounts dealt with him in a professional manner. Following that incident, the job was completed on time and we are very pleased with the results. We are certain that this driveway hadn’t been replaced in at least 50 years and the obvious quality of the new driveway is a vast improvement. The next day, Brian followed up with a phone call to me to discuss the work, the neighbor and whether or not we were satisfied with the job. I assured him that we were very pleased with the work and would be very happy to recommend him to others."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
