"My Washer was not draining, which was a major inconvenience to me because my clothes was in the machine wet and the water was not going anywhere. I work for a company that requires me to wear uniform and I had no clean uniforms when his happened. I was extremely upset as I recently bought this machine. I called Travis, he answered immediately and when I explained my predicament he came out immediately. This was urgent and he got that. He accessed that my unit needed a drain pump, best part is he had the part and was able to fix my washer immediately so I could get my uniforms cleaned and ready for work. Travis was friendly, professional, fast to answer and fix my problem, and his price was good for all the work he did. I don't normally do reviews but with his service and help I had to do it so others will get the help I desperately needed."

He investigated and diagnosed the problem with the timer of my dryer. He checked the knob first and found that it was broken. I was delighted to find that the timer was not broken. The timer would cost a fee, should I have asked to repair it. After finding the cause of the malfunction, he worked with me to ensure that I will get the replacement knobs online, which are specific to my dryer, among many other knobs. The fee for diagnosis would be credited for future repair work. The technician didn’t waste his nor my time. He was a friendly, and competent repair professional. "Fabio's honesty and integrity restored our faith that there are some honest appliance repair companies out there. It was a Sunday, and my daughter's refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling. She called a different company first. They sent out a subcontractor (of course charging a diagnostic fee) who said the compressor needed to be replaced and provided an estimate of $1600. We knew something was off with this, so my daughter called Fabio. Fabio answered the phone late on a Sunday afternoon and told her the compressor should be covered under warranty. (The frig was only 4 years old). He asked her to text him the model number of the frig. Once he got that info, he confirmed the compressor was covered under warranty and recommended she contact the store where she purchased the frig and that they should replace the compressor for the cost of the labor only. He was right! (She had asked the previous service tech from the other company if it was covered under warranty and he said No). Fabio could easily have been like the other company and offer to replace the compressor for the cost of the part and labor. Fabio did not do that AND he helped her out knowing he would not get the service call. We appreciate Fabio's honesty and ethics and will definitely contact him first, as well as recommend him to friends and relatives, when we need any appliance serviced. Thank you Fabio!"

"The folks at Allstate Cooling were excellent! They came out right away to look at our AC ducts in our tight attic. Gave us a competitive quote with pictures and diagrams. After we notified them that we wanted them to do the work they were able to schedule us within a reasonable amount of time. My only issue was some minor communication issues on timing to do the work, as we have children and would need to make sure someone was home to receive them. However, they were always responsive to any questions or concerns and they sent two of their best who came out and did an amazing job for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.
