"The Champion Concrete Company installed concrete walkways on both sides of our house, connecting front and back gardens. They did a perfect job despite the obstacles. The walks had to curve around air conditioners and trees in the small space between our house and the dividing fences with our neighbors. We were worried that the result might look clumsy because of all the turns, but what they did was amazing. To create the curves they cut a thin wedge off of one side of every brick so that the blocks appeared to flow smoothly like a river, without abrupt switches. We thought of the walkways as a necessity to keep us out of the mud. We didn’t expect that they might actually enhance the beauty of the garden, which they did. And when the workers were finished they cleaned up all the scraps and swept the area. It doesn’t get better than this."
