"The concrete cracked within the first week of being poured and nobody came to fix it. Also beware when dealing with Mike as he will charge you extra $1,000 or probably more to finish the job he starts. Itâ s a common business practice by him as a lot of customers are mentioning the same thing from Yelp, Homeadvisor.com, and Google Reviews. Read the reviews before dealing with Dependable Concrete. As a contractor Mike should know the price of materials beforehand and before quoting the customers. Mike demanded $1,000 more because of the increase of the cement price. Cement shortages have been going on for months and Mike should have taken that into account before giving the quote. Cement shortages aren't recent news. He waited until he removed the old driveway and then as the shady businessman that he is â he demanded extra money to finish the job when I was left with a big hole around my house. Beware as this is common practice by Dependable concrete if you read the reviews. Cement shortages or not â the original quote should have accounted for that. As a customer I donâ t ask my contractor to refund me the money if the price of material goes down in the future. Mike should stick to his original quote and price, but he doesnâ t do that. Stay away from Dependable Concrete â bad business to deal with and very poor quality â concrete cracks within days and nobody will come fix it after they take the money from you."

"We are completely flabbergasted at the poor quality of work performed by Gregorio and his crew. He actually drew up a sketch of the sidewalk, 2 sets of steps, and patio to be installed, including measurements. The patio was supposed to be 18x20 , but I measured after completion and it was ACTUALLY 16x18 . Unfortunately, It only got worse from there. He poured concrete up to, and surrounding our electric service box. It will now need to be saw cut around the base to be pulled and replaced as we had planned. They installed a downspout drain under the sidewalk on the side of our house that was not properly graded and the PVC pipe froze and cracked as a result of their careless work. The real clincher is the 2 sets of steps they poured. Both sets look absolutely terrible. They have black fiber protruding from the steps and are rough and very ugly. I wanted to replace the steps for the aesthetic improvements and the end result has to be seen to be believed. The old steps actually looked better than what Gregorio did. We have had multiple concrete contractors look at the work and simply say wow this work is atrocious. I would have loved to give Gregorio a great review, but he simply did very poor work and more importantly, will not do ANYTHING to make it right. As an Honorably Discharged Veteran, I know the value of keeping your word, and doing the right thing. Shame on you Gregorio. You should stand behind your work. The good people of the world fix their mistakes, not make excuses for them. I would avoid this guy, I sure wish I had."

"I wanted retaining walls done on the front and sides of my house and Blue Construction was great. They helped me figure out want would look best and didn't try to oversell me. The crew was professional and their work is incredible But I need to shout out their Office Staff, amazing customer service and amazing follow up response to calls or voice mails.."

"3D installed a paver patio with stairs at our house 11 years ago. They failed to use a waterproof membrane in between the paver stairs and the side of our house. Moisture has seeped in as a result causing our brick wall to crumble. We had 2 brick repair companies come out to diagnose the problem and they both said it was because the company who installed the stairs didn’t put in the membrane. The stairs and bricks need to be replaced and the membrane that was supposed to be used needs to be installed. 3D does not take responsibility for this. The patio is also coming up at the edges in some parts and sinking in other parts. I caution you to not use 3D. The work will look good for a few years but not in the long run and they will cause huge problems to your house because they don’t install properly. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and poor workmanship."

"With my husband and I being laid up from injury and being old, Cesar and his crew came in and did everything we could not do this spring. Landscaping, brick laying, gardening, laying stone and making special safe paths for us to walk. Cesar spent extra time on my mom's memory garden which needed so much work. This alone would have gotten them a 5 star review! He came highly recommended and it was tough to hand over the work to someone else when we are used to doing things ourselves. We are over the moon that it is done and my yard has never looked this beautiful. We are grateful, thankful and blessed to have found Cesar's landscaping. The price was fair, they worked non stop.
