"My contractor was Deep Rooted Flooring and our contact was Christian. We were contacted by him and discussed replacing a floor around the commode in the bathroom. I asked him to view the project and give us an estimate. He was very quick with his estimate and made us aware of work that needed to be done in the adjacent room because of the deteriorated floor. He didn’t Pressure us or anything about the extra work, he just made us aware of the condition with a description and pictures. It was our decision to go ahead with The additional work. The estimate came in at a reasonable price. He was at the job site at the time he said and completed the job quickly. He was knowledgeable About flooring and the type that should be used. He was cordial and answered all of our questions. We were very satisfied with the job as completed, in fact They did a couple of additional items we did not expect. "Did ok repair of fence but poor job on railing. Took about 2 months to get missing parts with several no shows and never fixed poor placement of balusters to my satisfaction. Left a mess at the site. Poor communication generally"

"Chester came to see what we needed done, he measured and gave us a proposal immediately.   He was very clear and direct in what they would do. 
He gave me a list of the tiles I needed to have here for them to tile.  We were ready to start and they were here within days. 
Chester and his guys were here each day when they said they would be.  The work was done very timely and professionally and very well.  We hired them to do our tile work and when our carpenter did not show up Chester came through to build walls, hang sheetrock, tape and spackle the walls vented the shower fan, and install the vanity.  He didn't miss a beat; everything was like clockwork. 
They did great work!  We are already planning our springtime project with Chester.
