"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I had a question about microwave repair. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately new parts are no longer available for model in question. He gave me part # if I wanted to call around for a used part somewhere. Got lots of good info."

"Called many parts stores trying to find one that I could pick it up because I needed it right away and didn't want to pay $10.00-$15.00 for shipping one parts store told me to try repair clinic so I called and they had my part! So drove out picked up part this place was amazing they seemed to have everything! will be going back. So if you don't need a service tech to come out and you can do it yourself or know someone who can this place is fantastic!"

"Bell's Appliance is my go to source for all repairs. They found a way to fit me in the day of my call AND the tech had the part on his truck! The employees I've dealt with whether on the phone or in my home have always been outstanding. I'd recommend them any day of the week."

"Service man was on time. He communicated well and was very professional. After he finished he reviewed the inspection points he had done to assure me that the system was running well and that there was no work to be done. I have had Airmax here on three occasions. Definately a pro team. I will always use them. <br />"
