"I am extremely pleased with the service they provided in repairing my dryer. We called on a Wednesday and dropped the dryer off the next morning. We received a call with the issues found and the cost for repair. The dryer had at least 3 issues and the cost was reasonable. The diagnostic fee was waived when we decided to have it fixed. The most amazing thing was that it was ready for pickup on Friday. I highly recommend Bell's Appliance Service."

He agreed the hinge needed to be replaced and told me that the manufacturer had discontinued the part. He found one on eBay and purchased it there (after advising about the risk of buying on eBay.) He was back a week later and fixed the door. $260, but with luck I will get a couple more years of use out of this washer and dryer. The workman was very neat and took care to avoid leaving a mess."
