Parts arrived in a couple of days they scheduled the repair and everything was fixed quick. Total time was less than 5 days and tht included a weekend. Great service and staff were great also. "Not cheap, but good. I had a rusty door hinge on a 10 year old front loading Whirlpool Duet washing machine. The repairman arrived in the two hour window that was promised. He agreed the hinge needed to be replaced and told me that the manufacturer had discontinued the part. He found one on eBay and purchased it there (after advising about the risk of buying on eBay.) He was back a week later and fixed the door. $260, but with luck I will get a couple more years of use out of this washer and dryer. The workman was very neat and took care to avoid leaving a mess."
