"Benny Zadikian and his son Coco had to replace the pipes behind a shower wall to install an updated shower valve and fix the leak(s). They followed the manufacturer’s instructions to the letter, and they were only satisfied when it was done perfectly according to those instructions. However, the manufacturer’s retro-fit kit was faulty due to a very obvious design flaw. It simply would not fit, even though the instructions and numerous manufacturer’s representatives stated it “should.” Therefore, I had to order a new shower trim and handle, at added expense, due only to the manufacturer’s design flaw – not Benny and Coco’s work. Unbelievably, the new shower trim and handle also had another obvious design flaw and would not fit either! This could have required entirely new piping – until Benny thought of a way to make it work. It was only due to his dedication and creativity that the new shower trim and handle now fit – despite the manufacturer’s second design flaw, which Benny corrected. Fortunately, the hot & cold valve stems were easily replaced. Benny Zadikian and Coco are as dedicated, honest and creative as they are knowledgeable and professional. Their work as impeccable. I referred them to my step-daughter and her family, and they were equally as pleased. I’m glad to say we now have a “family” plumber!"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

Javier who schedules the appointments, is a professional, and his customer service skills are impressive. Ed who was the plumber who came to our house and installed our new toilet and was the one who pointed out the musty smell at our front door and proved my suspicious correct when he suggested there could be a broken pipe underneath the house. Sure enough we indeed had a broken pipe, and it was the sewer line and it was underneath our house. He immediately called Giovanni and they both went to work as to analyze the problem and make suggestions of what needed to be done. Giovanni expertise and skills are excellent and told us exactly what needed to be done in order to fix the broken sewer line. Since it was later in the day, they couldn't work on the line until the next day. Ed ended up finishing installing our toilet and then came another problem. The toilet we purchased was defective and Ed was nice enough to come back after we came back from Lowe's with another toilet, so he could finish the installation. Ed did a fantastic job in installing the new toilet. He was courteous and highly skilled. Plotke Red Lilly Plumbing crew did a fantastic job with our toilet and the broken sewer line and there prices are really quite reasonable and I will definitely recommend and use them as our main plumbing company again. </p> <br />"

"I was hoping the issue was just a pilot light. Turned out there was a crack as evidenced by water in the water pan. I was happily surprised they had a replacement on the truck. It was also still under warranty. However, somehow the final price was almost as much as when I installed the last one. I did agree to a relief tank and all other suggestions. Comparing the line items to last time, it seemed to make sense. The extra charges this time were for new codes etc. the charges last time to get things up to code were marked as ok this time. The key for the price I think was last time the tank plus installation was $1000. Guessing tank was $600 and installation $400. This time installation of the free tank was $600. So guessing increase in rate. Add on the relief tank and final price was only $200 less. Everyone I talked to was professional and was not pushing anything. They gave me the option to decline things. I did accept things this time that I declined last time. The installer was a good guy. He explained everything and answered my questions."
