"We had to wail a bit because we were hit with rain. When the tiles were removed, it rained and leaked threw my ceilings before they could get the tarp up to cover the roof. As part of the roofing, they painted all my ceilings. You wouldn't know there were water stains. This team was terrific. The roof looks great. In addition, when the final city inspection happened, the inspector said that they did a great job. That made me feel even better about choosing Gio Roofing. I've already given their information to a friend and one of my neighbors."

"I picked three top tier roofers from Angie's list to interview. All seemed excellent and all came in about the same price. One did want to sell me on replacing the entire roof though.. which for me was not the way to pitch or to go. Of the three, Asher (his own company) came across as the smartest in terms of "reading the roof", understanding the likely issues, best approach and proposing a focussed solution to a gully area that was leaking when it rained. I was also changing out the A/C condensers on the roof that required coordination with a separate A/C company which was no problem. Everything was precise and straightforward. His team was excellent and the job was done simply and efficiently and with obvious competence and expertise. No rushing. Continuous flow. He was there much of the day. The final result looked great. There were some surprises but nothing that could not be handled. More tiles needed to be replaced that cost a little more but this was not a problem. Overall most tiles were saved. I read all the other reviews here and they all reflect the same experience I had. One recent rambling negative review seems disjointed and weird and describes nothing remotely similar to what I experienced from start to finish with Asher and this job. If I had known it would be this easy, finding the right guy to do it, I would have had this job done a long time ago! I am writing this review on the day of the job lest I forget to write it. I can highly recommend Asher and AP."

"The painting done looks gorgeous and on can tell that the painting was professionally done. The final contract that was drawn up for me to sign had great detail and was accurate. The production manager included some extra things as painting the retaining wall in the back yard. The painters spoke courteously to me and my wife. The foreman spoke perfect English. One of the painters helped my wife go down the driveway with her walker down to her car that was parked on the street. The painters showed up on time and didn't make a lot of noise like loud talking or playing the radio loud during their lunch breaks. I was especially pleased with the workmanship. They put two coats of paint plus primer on all surfaces, and I am sure that the paint will look good beyond the five year warranty period. The company seemed to have a lot of integrity and will take care of anything that was inadvertently missed. They left at least half a can of paint of each color and some stucco for future touch up."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."
