"BOTH furnaces not working in the same week (my bad luck?!) and I didn't know who to pick - there were so many providers with and many with good reviews. But 2000+ reviews and an A rating meant I would see if they had any openings. The office was pleasant to work with and informed me of what to expect at each step. They provided a 2 hr arrival window, and then the day of called and let me know when technician was on the way (ALWAYS appreciated!). Technician was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient - a pleasure to work with. One furnace had a uniquely unusual problem which was explained very clearly to me and the technician was very honest that the fix we could try may not work. But, he was able to fix both furnaces in about 2 hours! Overall, every step of the process went very smoothly. I see why so many A reviews. Will use them again!"

Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job.
