"We hired this company because they called back quickly and seemed motivated to complete the work. Unfortunately, Miguel's work was sloppy and unprofessional. We asked him to remove some old satellite wires and repair the small piece of siding where the wire was located. He also agreed to hang a door in our bedroom. Miguel changed the color of our siding without consulting us. The siding he hung was shiny and dark. Our homeowners association requires siding to be uniform. He also butchered the door where the hinges are and painted the hinges. Upon completion, he asked to be paid without communicating about any of this. The pictures attached speak volumes about their work. When asked to fix it, he said when he gets time he'll let us know. Suffice to say, we have moved on to another company to repair his horrible work. "

"Contacted Home Genius through Angie’s List to replace the siding and gutters on my house and agreed to an appointment. I liked the sales pitch but had to cut it short (to an hour) as I had to go pick up my son. The sales ‘expert’ said he’d send me a quote along with other pertinent information the next day. After a week with no word, I called back and received an apology from customer service and was guaranteed to hear back regarding the quote within 48 hours. Another week passed and I called again. Got the same treatment from customer service along with the same promise of contact within 48 hours. It’s been another week now and obviously they have no intention of following up on this. Can’t speak to the work they do but pre-sale work is lacking."

This was partial replacement of the exterior siding on our home, and it was amazing how well the James Hardie pre-finished siding matched up with the existing siding. Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage. Of course there were more replacements needed and the price went up but in the end he and his team did a great job getting the work completed. Would definitely hire H&H again in the future."

Also, I appreciated Hugo’s passion for his own work and the advice of an experienced builder. As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests.
