At the beginning they gave us a very comprehensive assessment of what we needed to do to accomplish our goals, and they provided a detailed and competitive bid. From the outset, and throughout the project, Ben provided excellent communication, answered our all our questions, and responded to our needs in a timely, thorough and flexible manner. All along the way, he informed us in advance about the steps and timeframes in the process. He orchestrated this complex process with great deftness. He arranged the work schedule, fit together all the pieces of the puzzle and kept us fully informed. His workers showed up on time. They were all professional, courteous, and efficient. And they cleaned up after themselves. But most of all, his team displayed a high level of skill. We are grateful to each of them for their very good work: Ariel the plumber, Francisco the framer, Fredo and Fernando the electricians, Angel the tile guy, and Gregorio the painter. We didn’t need the inspector’s comments to know that they had done a good job, but his glowing remarks on the final product affirmed our own assessment. We were also very pleased that the project was completed within the timeframe we had agreed upon. Despite a couple of delays that were unforeseen and not their fault, Ben was able to accelerate the schedule so that it could be done on time. One often hears people say, “the proof is in the pudding.” The pudding, our new bathroom, is great. It looks great, and it’s functional. It’s better than what we imagined. "I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. Yan came out to my house with in a few days of reaching out, he gave us our quotes and we chose to go with Yan and Evergreen Construction Group. Yan was amazing at getting a team to come to the house within a few days to start the guest bathroom. Once they finished that they started our master bathroom. Yan checked in everyday to make sure everything was on track. They were very clean, always before they left they made sure to clean up after themselves. They gave me a time line and they completed a week before the time line they gave me. I would highly recommend Evergreen Construction Group, Inc."
