Douglas is attentive, returns calls promptly and follows through on his promises. This is a very big deal for me. He helped design the landscape plan, knows how big or small everything he plants gets, and uses 3D videos portraying what it’ll look like, and takes a lot of my guesswork out. Last and not least, his prices are very competitive. I live in West Washoe Valley and can show all he’s done by going through Douglas first."
