Hope was the only one able to come out today, JP showed up promptly, was very professionally, explained exactly what he was doing, was thorough, took the time to answer my questions which was a lot of them and was able to get everything working like it should again. I decided to sign up for their annual service and I have already received the notice that Ben is on his way to do a camera inspection which was included in my cost today. They send me text messages with photos of the employees due to show up, a little background on the employee and I couldn't be happier with Hope Plumbing! "Our goal was to update our bathroom by removing a never used garden tub and replacing it with a large, low maintenance shower. COMPLETE SUCCESS! Dan listened to our ideas, and used his design skills to fashion the type of shower we envisioned with angled walls, no door, and a low-profile entry with just the right amount of glass. Jeff was assigned to do the job from start to finish, and you seldom encounter an individual as talented and easy to get along with as him. He handled not only the demolition of the existing bathroom, but was able to do the required plumbing, electrical, dry wall, sub floor, and installing the cabinets and vanity top without the need for involvement of another contractor. The floor and wall tile was laid with precision, and Jeff made sure the work areas, both inside and outside were cleaned up at the end of each day. "Very well. First Rich Walker came out and to assess the problem. He used a heat monitoring device and explained the possible solutions - he was very detailed. Patrick McCullough and an assistant came to do the repair. He explained what he planned to do and updated us at each step. It turned out to be a somewhat simpler repair - and it took less time. Other than a new access panel in the laundry room it is hard to tell that any work was done. We also had a pressure regulator valve installed by Patrick - as above he explained what he planned to do and kept us updated. He also installed a new set of washing machine hoses."

"EXCELLENT! Got me in the next day. Arrived timely, thoroughly assessed the situation, and promptly installed new equipment which he had on this truck. He also made sure I new how to use the little wrench in case it ever got stuck. Also told me how I could clean my kitchen faucet nozzle to get better water pressure. And that solution worked! So he really fixed 2 problems for me. And he was just a great guy, polite, personable and trustworthy. I will definitely call on 3 Kings Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs."
