Pedro really cares about his work and the customers satisfaction. We were amazed! Itâ s not too often that you hire people to do a job and they really go above and beyond. He also gave us suggestions, was always prompt and rates are reasonable. We will definitely hire him for any work that heâ s capable of doing. Itâ s not too often that Iâ m this pleased and we have had tons of work done at our home within the last yr, from having a lot of backyard work done, 10+ trees cut, sod implanted, finished 3 rooms in our basement, adding kitchenette etc. So weâ ve dealt with electricians, drywall, carpeting, flooring, plumbing and the list goes on. "Cardarius Parrott is hands down one of the nicest human beings you will ever meet. He has many years of experience! He came to our home within hours of responding to our request on Home Advisor, determined he could complete our project, and scheduled it within a few days with a helper. They worked for 4 hrs to remove a broken appliance ( a downdraft vent system ), install the new one, & test & modify things slightly until everything was working perfectly. He cleaned up the workspace & neatly stacked all boxing & materials to be discarded in our garage area. He & his assistant were friendly, hard working, personable & courteous gentlemen & a delight to have in our home. The installation fee was very reasonable. The project was not an easy one! We would recommend this individual to anyone and we will be calling him for future needs should they arise."

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.
