"I am VERY disappointed in my experience, even though it started out positively. Justin, the sales rep, was very helpful and I paid my deposit right after Christmas. However the customer service since it was installed has been less than optimal. The system has now shut down 3 times. I paid almost $12K for it. Este's says that the manufacturer has to send someone out to upgrade the computer. No one can tell me when that will be. Unacceptable."

"They were quick and reliable. Clear and fair on pricing. On the ball! I canâ t believe we got it fixed already. We had two leaks under the ground in the front yard. One of the leaks was even under the driveway. They worked all day in the heat and got it done! Highly recommend!!!!!"
