"Shane did a great job.  We scheduled the appointment in advance, and his staff gave us a 30 minute time window for when he would arrive.  He was running a little late from previous appointment, so they called us to let us know.  When he arrived he was very polite, and finished the work quickly.  He came and went in an hour.  I would definitely use him again. <br /> We had a question about our patio door not latching properly (we just moved into house a few months ago) and he fixed it for no <br /> charge.  I asked for a recommendation and quote to install a storm door to our front door.  Not only did he give me a verbal quote, he sent me an email on what type of storm door to buy with the installation quote.
