"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "In September of 2015, Tommy and Byron from Clean-Rite spent about 8 hours at our home. Their visit was to steam clean a large amount of chiseled stone tile in our home, then apply a sealer. They were friendly and professional. We felt at ease with them. They did a great job, had to move some of our furniture outside while they cleaned the floors. They moved everything with no issues, and put everything back where it went. When they left, our tile looked fantastic. <br /> Fast forward a few months, and the sealant began to peel up in some places. It looked like flakes of glitter coming up whenever we swept the floor. We called Clean-Rite, and they seemed surprised, and concerned about the situation. They came out and looked at the floor, and agreed that the sealant was indeed coming up. It was determined that we were using an ammonia-based cleanser to mop the floor, and ammonia strips the sealer. So, in short, it wasn't really their fault. However, they were determined to make it right. They cleaned the floors again, and applied sealer again, and only charged us for the materials, when they could have charged for labor as well. <br /> I was very impressed with their dedication to customer service, and the fact that I could trust them in my home was comforting. I would not hesitate to call them again. <br />"

"first of all in fairness to ChemDry my carpet is old (10 years) We have had it cleaned several times during those years and I have done some myself with my cleaner, also we have a dog who can't decide where to pee, inside or out so urine in the carpet was an issue. the young man did warn me about the urine and they would do the best they could. the carpet was cleaner and softer I might add. it also smelled better. we had the topical put on for the urine instead of the deep clean urine treatment. that being said, I cleaned some of the carpet again this past Saturday (july 5) and the amount of black water in the dump container was a surprise. it was like chocolate water. we do not wear shoes in the house either, never have they get deposited at the back door. anyway I was a bit surprised at the dirt that was still in the carpet. the young man who did the cleaning was very respectable and polite. he was a very nice from his first visit to the last visit. I have no doubt things would have been different if our carpet were newer and we did not have this dog. <br />"

"Called around a little for someone to come in and do some updates and a few odds and ends that I needed to get done for some time. We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work. The owner did all the work himself. He brought in his cleaning crew to clean up and they did the whole house. It was amazing. Well worth every penny. They will be doing my full kitchen and bathroom remodel in the near future. <br />"
