"Marcelo and his team did a beautiful job on my bathroom remodel. They got rid of the old pink tile and bathtub that was covered with Bath Fitter panels that caused mold. They were punctual and communicated any issues and gave me suggestions about how the tile should be laid. They cleaned up everyday before they left. Marcelo is meticulous, so don’t expect a rush job. He built and installed a linen cabinet for the bathroom as well. I hired them again to cover the old plaster walls in the bedrooms with 3/8” Sheetrock because they weren’t in the best condition. They taped, plastered and primed the walls so well that I don’t want to paint them. They also installed new windows and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We’ve already started designing my dream kitchen for next Spring’s project. Hire them, you will not be disappointed!!"

"We had this company build a new master-suite in our home. That included floor plan changes, tiling the bath, installing a new shower, a jetted tub and a new toilet. Only 3 months after many things fall apart. A glass shelf almost fell in the tub when my wife was in it. It almost injured her. Towel racks came of the walls leaving giant holes behind. The brand new tub stoped draining. I brought in a licensed plumber to fix that and he told me he never saw "such a sh*tshow". And conveniently Mike told me in the middle of he project that his company declared bankruptcy, so no point suing him."

"Had a 10*8 shed foundation built by DC57 construction and Lucas and his crew had it built within a hour. It is sturdy and level just like I asked for it be built. I will be using DC57 construction for any future projects."

A few months back, I contacted Dave for a quote for an unusual project: I wanted to do a major renovation to my father's bedroom in his house while he was gone on a trip as a surprise. This room hadn't been remodeled since 1990 when he bought the house, and though he'd started it a few years ago, my mother became ill and passed away, so the project got put on hold and never picked up again. That's where Dave came in. He was so thoughtful, and his work is SO stunning. He replaced the carpet with hardwood, tore out the old heating, tore out the old closets and built a beautiful walk-in dressing room. He plastered the walls, replaced the last old window in the room and trimmed everything out to match the rest of the house--all covertly while my dad was away. I revealed the surprise last night, and my father was so overwhelmed by the beautiful work that he actually teared up. Thank you so much, Dave!!!"

"Started April 2024 started first floor framing July 2025 worked for 2 days and left with big hole in the attic and leaking basement when it rains cause the gutter was taken off. Lies constantly and swears on his kids that he will be there but never shows up or calls back for a few weeks at a time His poor kids. Grabs your first payment to pay for other jobs. Left a pile of trash in the driveway that’s been there for 3 months now. The wood is all warped and full of mold.l now on said framing job See pics below. Don not trust this contractor. He is now going to deal with our lawyer"

"Beware. Have extremely detailed plans and specifications. This contractor makes everything a change order at exorbitant prices. The remodel of a condo unit took over 18mos because contractor takes on more work than team can handle. Many mistakes are due to lack of supervision and his staff does not maintain a clean worksite causing waste and lost materials. He does not have electrical or plumbing subcontractors. His pricing is not transparent and he uses change orders to increase his profit. He takes no responsibility and is difficult to work with. Have a detailed time schedule backed by a holdback from each payment that is released only on satisfactory completion."

"They were highly rated so i went with them. They provided a project manager that didn't oversee the job and failed inspection because of common mistakes. They blames the window on me for having incorrect size. we eventually got he correct windows they didn't finish the deck properly the cut corners and made excused that it wasn't in contract and i had to pay extra for their inconsistencies. the electrician put thermostat on floor so i couldn't see it.They Blamed everything on me. now the final bill came in and they marked up the bill for a 30 percent markup. I called another contractor to evaluate the work and boy did he find all the hidden things i knew were already wrong. Im not a contractor by the way but i have eyes. "

We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! We chose Capizzi Home Improvement Company. We had heard they were excellent and had a great reputation for customer satisfaction. We had no idea of the scope of the job and all the work they would have to accomplish. Needless to say this was a very smart choice on our part. From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. All were fantastic at their trades. Very professional and knew what they were doing. All of the above coordinated through Gary who managed it all! I would recommend this crew from top to bottom.
