"My refrigerator died and I called Jimmy as he came up as local and highly rated in my google search. He said he was super busy but was able to squeeze me in. He came as promised and after checking the board and compressor told me what part needed to be replaced and what he would have to charge me to replace it but that I could probably do it myself for less as it only required 1 screw to remove and a couple of connectors to unplug to take out the part. I got the part, switched it out in 2 minutes and I was back in business. The flat rate charge for the visit ended up saving me hundreds and the need to go buy a new refrigerator.
