I selected Artisan for the job because they were certified with CertainTeed and were able to direct me to an actual example of what the installed shingles would look like. I was impressed by how quickly I was issued a quote at a fair price with an attractive pricing structure. I was also impressed by the meticulous attention to details noticed by their sales rep who visited to issue and explain the quote. The Artisan team was uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and well-organized. My 4000 square foot roof was replaced in one day and on the date it was scheduled for."

Christian Duggan gave us a superb and detailed presentation as to what his roofing crew would put on my roof. His estimate for the job, which included 50 year shingles and upgrades on all edging, flashing, and vent pieces, came in under my insurance agency's quote. His crew came at 0730 each day and worked hard until they lost the light, breaking only for lunch. When the job was done they did an excellent job cleaning up. "I requested a quote through Angies list on 11-27-20. I got a response from the company on 11-30-20 and received a quote on 12-1-20 after Steve came out and looked at roof. I had already gotten four other quotes and was trying to decide who to go with when Steve called back on 12-9-20 to see to see if I had decided, said they had room for a small job in between some bigger jobs. After a little price haggling I told them to go ahead with the job. They came out Friday 12-11-20 at 7:30 am and had old shingles removed and new shingles installed and clean-up done by 4:30pm. I was very pleased with the entire process from first contact to last contact which was Barry stopping by a few days later to pick up check. "We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."
