"This is by far and away the best upholstery and rug cleaner I have ever used. There were black marks from my grandson always putting his feet on the recliner footrest, and I knew they wouldn't come out. I don't know what he did, but IT CAME CLEAN!!!! I will always use CARPET DRYCLEAN whenever such services are needed, and I would recommend this to anyone who has furniture or carpet to clean!"

"I had two lazy boy recliner couches that had a very bad dog smell from previous owner I couldn’t get out. Very professional service and happy to say 100% dog smell gone! Worth every penny!"

"Miguel did a great job cleaning my carpets. He uses an interesting process that I haven't seen before -- the carpets are mostly dry after he's done, which means you can walk on them and start moving furniture back immediately. Such an interesting and personable guy who clearly loves what he does and is great at it."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Work was done on three different days. He was always punctual and polite The workman was the owner of the business. It was done on three separate days. This was my decision as I wanted to see the work quality on the upholstery before committing to any further cleaning. I requested an estimate for the second phase which was acceptable and decided after this work was completed to do a final phase. He was punctual and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this concern for work quality and price."

"Great job. We are getting our house ready to sell and had old pet stains in the carpet. Joe was very polite and professional and did a great job cleaning them and removing the stains. Looks and smells like new carpet. This was the first time we called Encore to do the carpets. Last year they cleaned and resurfaced our floors and did an awesome job. Plan on using them next time."
