"Iâ m 76 yrs, and not senile, but I do have a harder time understanding new concepts Iâ m not familiar with. Phil and his helper Chris were very patient with me and did not get upset to repeat things and worked at getting me to understand what they were doing. I needed to have an overhaul on my irrigation system valves, so I could have water for the front and back yards drip system. I do not have grass, but I love to putter around in my garden areas. I had a budget I wanted to stay within and I wanted to connect any water emitters where I needed to when I needed them, because I didnâ t have it all planned out and I tend to change things at a whim. Phil worked closely with me for about an hour when he first came over and did not try to up sale me on things I didnâ t need. They came early one day and built a new system from the ground up, got all the major ½â irrigation hose laid out and all I have to do now is plug in emitters to my plants when needed. Very easy for me to do. Phil is retired from managing a 300 apt complex so he can do most anything that needs to be repaired: irrigation, plumbing, drywall, pool, electrical, etc. â ¦ He has started his own business, is very reasonable, and his motto is â DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIMEâ"
