"I just moved to AZ--San Tan Valley from Hawaii and don't know anyone or experience with any service providers here. So, I was referred to a few providers to clean my tile floors, one of which was PV Interiors and I was drawn o this female-owned company--on this my first use of Angie's List just last Friday. Owner-Shannon took my call and impressed me with her warmth, no pressure, and highly educational discussion about my tile floor and my need to get it super clean before my dear friend moves in with me the following Wednesday. No problem as she was able to schedule her team for today-Monday morning! Not only was the 2-man team prompt, but super polite, personable, and graciously protected the carpeted path to my Mstr bedroom floor as well as moved the furniture that I couldn't remove for their full access to every square foot. The team cut through all built-up gunk and left me with awesome results‼️...the tile and grout now shows its original lighter speckled tan color and looks like it's original condition! Owners Shannon and hubby came by just as the team was finishing up and they all were like family--awesome business team! I got to spend time with Shannon and a very enjoyable cond, and we went outside in the front yard to chat and enjoyed playing with their adorable family dog--love these people and business team! Greg and Rob put my furniture back much to my delight. I sincerely recommend PV Interiors without hesitation - THEY have my full trust and confidence to have them working in my house, even if I wasn't home. Their pricing is reasonable, and well worth their quality results!!"

"Tom and his crew at Baker's Travertine did a great job. We have a large flagstone area in our backyard and around our BBQ/ Fire Pit and in ground Spa. They were very careful around the spa; floating bubble wrap and doing a good bit of hand work. The crew did a great job of prepping, cleaning and sealing and were very knowledgable and professional. I can already see where water no longer pools up anywhere on the flagstone and I'm no longer experiencing any chipping or peeling. Worth it!!"

"I'm stunned. Moved into a beautiful 20 year old house about 9 months ago, which everything was spectacular except for the tile grout appeared to never have been cleaned. The difference between the high traffic areas and the no traffic areas were literally black and white (off white). Chuck was able to not only make the tile look as good as new, but went the extra mile to seal it, which apparently may have not been done when it was put it. Had him only do the high traffic areas of the carpet, but will probably call him back to do the rest because it looks better than the no traffic area. All that being said, amazing job. Only company I've used for the last 7 or so years. Made my new house new again! Thanks Ninja!"

"It was kind of expensive because of the tile; we have a big house. Because of the til they did every bit of the tile to clean the tile. They did the grout and a stain over with paint. It looks like they just laid tiled."
