"The decision to replace a roof is a big one, and Peak Roofing helped guide us every step of the way in the process. We had an old failing metal roof on our rental property. Damian, one of the partners, walked us through every step of the process and was very patient with all of the questions that my grandfather and I posed. He was very quick to fit us into the schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative regarding a type of roofing membrane that would fit well onto our style roof (lean-to flat roof). Tony, the other partner of the company accommodated the drop off location of the down payment, and even met us at our home so that my grandfather did not have to drive at night. On the day that the work commenced (and was completed!), Carlos, the foreman, kept me informed throughout the day of all progress. The team they brought along were so quick, efficient, and safe. They protected all utilities during construction and cleaned up before leaving. They will be coming back to install gutters on the home as well, soon as a few other projects get done. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
