The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. "George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
